501725 Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator

IronMountain Solutions Inc. is seeking aSenior Network and Computer Systems Administrator to support DHS CISAs CI-ISE and HSIN-CI platform environments. You will be responsible for supporting systems architecture and cloud infrastructure integration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Architect design and manage complex systems and network infrastructures for the CI-ISE and HSIN collaboration platforms.
• Lead cloud infrastructure provisioning hybrid environment management and platform integration to ensure high system availability and uptime.
• Ensure all infrastructure components strictly adhere to federal security and compliance frameworks including FedRAMP NIST guidelines and DHS 4300A policies.
• Lead cross-platform integration efforts ensuring secure data flow between HSIN-CI HSIN-Cyber and HSIN-ES environments.
• Perform ongoing infrastructure performance optimization monitoring network health and resolving high-priority system incidents within stringent PWS timelines (e.g. within 24 hours).
• Collaborate with software developers and web administrators to deploy technical upgrades and maintain data accuracy structure and accessibility.

Required Skills Competencies and Abilities:

• Expert-level understanding of systems architecture network design and hybrid cloud implementations.
• Proven ability to execute cloud infrastructure and platform integration within secure federal environments.
• Deep knowledge of federal security and compliance frameworks (e.g. FedRAMP NIST).
• Strong capability in cross-platform integration and infrastructure performance optimization.

Experience and Technical Knowledge (Required):

• Minimum of eight (8) years of systems engineering or network administration experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Certifications:Industry-recognized certification (e.g. AWS Azure Security or CISSP) is highly preferred.

• While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies up to 25 pounds.

Education and General experience:

• Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability / Public Trust or Entry on Duty (EOD) approval. Per federal requirements only U.S. citizens are eligible for this level of clearance.
