Job Description- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mobile Engineer with over 10 years of expertise in designing developing and architecting native (iOS Android) and hybrid (Ionic) mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end mobile performance robust API integration and a strong commitment to quality including monitoring testing and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Architect design and develop scalable native and hybrid mobile applications (iOS Android Ionic)
• Lead end-to-end performance optimization including profiling benchmarking and troubleshooting
• Integrate and manage complex API connections ensuring security reliability and efficiency
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions for mobile app health and usage analytics
• Drive comprehensive testing strategies (unit integration UI/UX and regression testing)
• Ensure ADA compliance and accessibility best practices across all mobile platforms
• Mentor and guide junior engineers conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Design QA Backend) to deliver high-quality solutions

Generic Managerial Skills If any

• 10 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development and architecture (iOS Android Ionic)
• Proven track record of delivering high-performance accessible and reliable mobile applications
• Strong knowledge of mobile frameworks API integration and security best practices
• Experience with monitoring tools automated testing and accessibility standards (ADA)
• Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills
