Senior Member of Technical Staff

Join a technical team at a HealthTech company to design build and ship production software. Your work will help create reliable scalable systems that support the companys technology needs.

• Design and implement large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Build and improve production systems with a focus on availability scalability and performance.
• Use cloud platforms and containerization technologies to develop and operate software.
• Contribute to technical direction and help teams deliver robust systems.
• Lead or mentor engineers including supporting the development of junior team members.

• At least 10 years of experience building and shipping production software systems.
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems or microservices.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams or junior engineers.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Google Cloud or Azure and with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Java Python Go or C.
• Experience building for high availability scalability or performance with open source contributions or public code repository maintenance a plus.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code or configuration management tools.

Annual salary range: $225000 to $300000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.
