AAA Car Care Plus is hiring for experienced Master Automotive Repair Technicians (Level A) across several of our locations in the Columbus OH market.

As an Automotive Repair Technician A youll handle complex diagnostic and repair work across a broad range of vehicle systems while working alongside a team backed by one of the most recognized and trusted brands in the automotive industry.

• Competitive Flat-Rate Pay:
  $26.30$40.83/hour flat rate. Actual starting compensation is based on factors including experience qualifications and geographic location.
• 30-Hour Billable Guarantee per week:
  Qualified Automotive Repair Technician A team members receive a minimum guarantee of 30 billable hours per week to provide financial stability.
• Productivity Bonus Opportunity:
  Earn an additional $250$550 every two weeks based on productivity and performance.
• ASE Support On Us:
  AAA pays for approved ASE certifications and recertifications helping you continue building your credentials and technical expertise.
• Consistent Full-Time Schedule:
  Work five days per week with Sundays off and one scheduled weekday off between Monday - Friday. Saturdays are part of the regular technician schedule.

This is an advanced technician position focused on diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle concerns including:

• Engine performance diagnostics and repair
• Transmission diagnosis and repair
• Electrical and electronic systems
• Steering and suspension systems
• Brake systems including ABS and traction control
• Heating and air conditioning systems
• Advanced drivability concerns
• Additional mechanical and diagnostic repairs

Youll also:

• Complete repairs according to manufacturer procedures and recognized industry standards.
• Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot complex vehicle concerns.
• Help mentor and support developing technicians and service associates.
• Maintain a clean organized and safety-focused work environment.
• Continue developing your technical knowledge through training and certification opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Were interested in experienced automotive professionals who bring:

• 6 years of professional automotive repair experience including advanced diagnostic work.
• Strong knowledge across multiple major vehicle systems.
• ASE Master Technician certification dealership certifications or comparable advanced experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain applicable ASE certifications within 12 months when required; AAA provides certification support.
• ASE L1 Advanced Engine Performance Specialist certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in mentoring and supporting other technicians.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and remain standing for extended periods.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
