Senior Market Data Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Market Data Analyst with 8-10 years of experience to manage market data financial operations and administration focusing on invoice reconciliation billing validation platform management and financial reporting in a dynamic financial operations environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Manage market data financial operations including invoice reconciliation billing validation accruals forecasting budgeting and General Ledger allocation
• Maintain and administer the Market Data Management (MDM) platform ensuring inventory accuracy entitlement administration and service ownership
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve billing discrepancies validate contracts and support audit activities
• Produce recurring and ad hoc management reporting spend analysis variance reporting and operational metrics
• Execute reconciliations variance analysis and invoice processing to maintain financial accuracy and transparency
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities and regulatory reporting requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for market data governance and financial controls

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in market data administration financial operations or related roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and complex financial modeling
• Strong knowledge of Market Data Management platforms FITS and ERP systems
• PeopleSoft experience preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting forecasting accruals reconciliations and variance analysis
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends discrepancies and process improvements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to work effectively across internal teams and external vendors
• US Citizenship or Green Card required
