Senior Maritime Program Integrator
Job Summary
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior Maritime Program Integrator to support maritime security and capability development activities on the SCOPES program in support of USSOUTHCOM. The Integrator will provide program management requirements analysis cost and schedule tracking procurement coordination and reporting support for maritime projects involving vessels motors trailers communications fuel maintenance logistics and supporting infrastructure.
The analyst will work closely with Field Service Representatives (FSRs) SOUTHCOM stakeholders U.S. Government personnel military/security partners vendors and program leadership to translate field requirements into executable actions and track those actions through completion. The Integrator may also work with SOUTHCOM Staff and other mission partners on discrete training/exercise events both CONUS and OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Track maritime requirements projects actions deliverables costs schedules risks and milestones.
Review FSR/site-assessment findings and translate identified deficiencies into clearly defined program requirements and Courses of Action (COAs).
Develop and maintain project trackers spend plans cost estimates schedules procurement status and action-item logs.
Conduct cost comparisons and vendor research for maritime equipment repairs parts communications transportation fuel and support services.
Support development of Scopes of Work (SOW) Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates Bills of Material (BOM) procurement packages and acquisition documentation.
Track equipment and material from requirement identification through procurement shipping customs delivery installation and final acceptance.
Coordinate with partners to understand host-nation requirements priorities timelines customs/importation requirements and operational constraints.
Monitor local atmospherics vendor capabilities lead times logistics issues and schedule dependencies that could affect program execution.
Prepare weekly/monthly status reports executive summaries briefing slides decision papers meeting minutes and leadership updates.
Identify cost schedule performance and logistics risks and elevate issues requiring Program Manager or Government action.
Support meetings and coordination with SOUTHCOM SCOPES stakeholders host-nation partners FSRs vendors and other supporting organizations.
Coordinate logistics planning and security cooperation functions with discrete training events carried out in the AOR and CONUS.
Travel to locations in the AOR to provide oversight and/or direct interaction with vendors suppliers and coordinating organizations as required
Qualifications:
Required:
Possess a TS/SCI clearance.
Experience in program analysis project management logistics acquisition operations training or government contracting.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and maintain accurate cost schedule scope and status tracking.
Experience developing reports briefings trackers cost estimates and decision-support products.
Strong analytical organizational and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Word Teams and SharePoint.
Ability to work effectively with military government contractor and international partners.
U.S. Citizen with ability to travel internationally.
Maintain a US Tourist passport with at least 6 months remaining before expiration
Desired:
Prior DoD SOUTHCOM security cooperation CBSI FMS BPC counter-narcotics or maritime program experience.
Familiarity with maritime vessels engines communications logistics maintenance or sustainment programs.
Experience supporting procurement international shipping customs and host-nation equipment delivery.
Previous experience working with Latin American or Caribbean military/security partners.
Spanish-language proficiency highly desired.
PMP DAWIA FAC logistics acquisition or related certification desirable.
