Youll run engagements from kickoff to final report coach a talented team and have room to grow into client development and thought leadership as your career takes off.

Lead great work

• Run valuation engagements for tax financial reporting M&A due diligence litigation strategic planning and shareholder matters
• Manage scope staffing budgets and deadlines across multiple projects at once
• Build and review income market and asset-based models reports and exhibits to keep quality high and standards met
• Explain findings clearly to clients and stakeholders and solve problems before they become issues

• Build a collaborative accountable team that raises issues early and delivers
• Support career development conversations with practice leadership

Grow the practice

• Build trusted client relationships through responsive high-quality service
• Partner with firm leaders on proposals presentations and new opportunities
• Contribute to recruiting training articles and events with more client leadership and business development responsibility over time

• Bachelors in finance accounting business or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• ASA ABV CFA or similar credential
• 5 to 8 years of valuation and corporate finance experience including leading complex engagements
• Hands-on experience across DCF guideline public company and transaction excess earnings relief-from-royalty and other core methodologies
• A track record of reviewing work and supervising and mentoring teams
• Strong Excel Word and PowerPoint skills
• Clear confident communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
• A positive client-first attitude and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
