Role Overview

This is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing inpatient and infusion pharmacy operations. You will act as a key liaison between clinical practice hospital executives and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of patient care operational efficiency and rigorous regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Manage inpatient and infusion pharmacy operations across the regional enterprise.

  • Strategic Planning: Optimize operational and project budgets driving efficiency in pharmacy workflows.

  • Collaboration: Bridge clinical practice with hospital executive leadership and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to foster a high-performing environment.

  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards hospital policies and best practices in pharmaceutical care.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree.

  • Licensure: Must possess an active Washington State Pharmacist License at hire; NPI number required within 6 months.

  • Experience:

    • 5 years of experience as a pharmacist in an acute care setting (or 3 years plus a PGY1 residency).

    • 3 years of direct people management experience.

    • 2 years of operational or project budget management.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $231000 $268000 per year.

  • Sign-on Bonus: Up to $20000.
