The Senior Manager Executive Communications provides highquality communications support for enterpriselevel leadership. This role develops clear compelling and wellresearched executive communications that advance organizational priorities and ensure alignment across key audiences. The Senior Manager partners closely with senior leaders and crossfunctional teams to deliver consistent strategic and insightdriven communications that reinforce enterprise priorities. The role also strengthens enterprise message discipline by maintaining communication standards supporting coordinated pullthrough and producing content that can be customized by business units and functional communicators.

What You Will Do:

• Provide Messaging Leadership
• Execute a coordinated and measurable message pullthrough strategy that ensures clarity consistency and enterprise alignment.
• Manage and continuously improve standard work processes for executive communications ensuring discipline and consistent execution.
• Manage the Leader Messaging Library including content development maintenance and governance standards.
• Conduct rigorous research and craft highimpact executive materials such as keynote remarks scripts narratives and other highvisibility communications ensuring messages are insight and datadriven and tailored to all audiences.
• Translate complex business priorities into clear concise communication that reflects executive voice
• Ensure Executive Events and Engagements
• Project management of communications content for major executive forums ensuring messaging alignment and tailored for audiences
• Lead the development and management of stakeholder reporting standards including performance metrics dashboards and reporting cadence.
• Build Operational Rigor
• Develop and maintain leadership communications tools and resources that support consistent high-quality message development.
• Coordinate and maintain the integrated executive leader engagement calendar ensuring alignment across communications touchpoints and enterprise priorities.

What You Will Learn:

• Maintain strong partnerships across Communications functions and business unit teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of Communications deliverables.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree 14 years of relevant experience
• Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing Business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in corporate communications executive communications or strategic communications within a complex matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in executive-level writing message development and strategic storytelling.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale highvisibility executive events and communication programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
• Experience working directly with senior executives and navigating highstakes communications environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage enterprise-level calendars and workflows.
• Ability to translate complex business strategies into clear compelling communications.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort influencing without direct authority.
• Proficiency in communication tools dashboards content management systems and reporting frameworks including LinkedIn and Poppulo.

The salary range for this role is 132400 USD - 251600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
