Compensation: $160000 - $210000 Base

About the Opportunity:

A growing commercial banking leader is looking for a Senior Commercial Loan Operations Manager to direct teams responsible for the full lifecycle of complex commercial transactions. This executive operational role oversees documentation due diligence funding construction disbursement controls and ongoing facility servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a specialized operations division overseeing commercial credit agreements title/survey due diligence boarding and post-closing administration.

• Direct end-to-end construction loan administration including budget balancing inspection verification title date-downs mechanics lien checks and draw disbursements.

• Manage operational capacity quality assurance Maker/Checker workflows and strict segregation-of-duties protocols.

• Interpret complex credit documents to ensure strict compliance with conditions precedent before authorising loan fundings.

• Serve as primary operations liaison for internal credit risk assessments regulatory exams and audit reviews.

Candidate Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.

• 7-10 years of commercial loan operations experience with a strong focus on complex CRE and construction lending administration.

• 5 years of direct people leadership managing commercial loan processors specialists or closers.

• Deep technical competence in title/survey analysis lien waiver validation construction budget tracking and LaserPro / CLCS / FIS systems.

• Strong background implementing operational risk controls and workflow SLA tracking.

• U.S. work authorization required.
