Due to continued growth were seeking an exceptional Senior Leasing Consultant to drive all aspects of leasing and play a key role in mentoring and developing the leasing team at The Avenues of Winter Springs Apartments.

The Senior Leasing Consultant will drive leasing - including prospect contact and follow-up community tours marketing social media outreach and community events - for a 552-unit multifamily community consisting of newly-renovated one two and three-bedroom apartments and amazing amenities including a resort-style swimming pool with outdoor grilling area tennis court playground an upgraded fitness center a resident lounge with a complimentary coffee bar and more!

SALARY: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour PLUS competitive bonus & commission structure

LOCATION: Avenues of Winter Springs Apartments 1 Laurel Oaks Dr Orlando FL 32808 (map)

SCHEDULE: Full Time flexible schedule with some weekends required.

Community Leasing Office hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm Saturdays 10am - 4pm Closed on Sundays.

A successful candidate should possess:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience successfully leasing at a multi-family apartment community (2 years experience experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills & great attention to detail
• Experience using social media and community marketing & outreach to drive leasing goals
• Experience planning successful community/resident engagement events
• Desire to work as a team with ability to work independently on occasion
• Proficiency with property management software (Appfolio Yardi Tenant Turner Knock etc)
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Email Gmail/Google Workspace and social media as it pertains to marketing of community
• High school diploma (some college preferred)
• Excellent customer service and work ethic a positive and energetic attitude and passion for working with people!

Additional notes:

• Real estate license is a nice to have but not a requirement
• Reliable transportation required
• This is a commission-based sales/marketing opportunity - weekends are required (flex time provided)
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
