Senior Learning Strategy Advisor

Lynch Consultants is seeking a Senior Learning Strategy Advisor to join the team!

The Senior Learning Strategy Advisor willprovidepart-time strategic guidance to the OUSD(C) Distributed Learning (DL) Program. The advisor will work with senior Government leadership and the Lynch delivery team to define the future-state vision for DoDfinancial managementlearning and translate that vision into practical course design standards and approaches.

Salary:Up to $113.00 per hour

Work Location and Schedule:

• Remote position.Schedule will be flexible but must accommodate periodic virtual meetings with Lynch and senior Government leadership during normal business hours.

Required Qualifications Must Have:

• MUSTbe aU.S. Citizen

• MUST have 10 years of experience in instructional design learning strategy or enterpriselearning.

• MUST havedemonstratedexperience developing strategiesfor complex adult or professional learningprograms and strongknowledge of advanced eLearning scenario-based learning simulations and instructionaltechnology.

• MUSThave experience advising senior executives and translating strategicobjectivesinto executable learningsolutions.

• MUST have a strong working knowledge of DoD financial management concepts terminology policies and business processes.

• MUST have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern instructional designpractices.

• MUST have excellent written verbal and executive-level communicationskills.

• MUST have Federal Government or DoD learning experience.

Skills & Duties:

• MUST be able toadviseGovernment leadership on the strategic direction of the DL program.

• MUST be able to define instructional approaches for LOI III LOI IV scenario-based learning simulations and emerging learningtechnologies.

• MUST review course concepts and recommendappropriate instructionalstrategies. Translate the governmentvision into actionable guidance for ISDs Storyline developers graphic designers and QA personnel.

• MUST advise on innovative uses of AI adaptive learning analytics and other learning technologies.

• MUSTparticipatein periodic leadership and course strategy discussions.
