Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking aSenior Java Leadr on behalf of our client in San Francisco CA. We are looking for an experienced technology leader with a strong background in Java application development project delivery and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will lead onsite coordination collaborate with offshore teams oversee project execution and provide technical leadership to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for project delivery and customer engagement.

• Coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

• Lead project planning delivery risk management and status reporting throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Facilitate technical discussions architecture reviews and cross-functional collaboration.

• Review analyze and troubleshoot complex Java-based applications as needed.

• Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices coding standards and quality assurance processes.

• Monitor project metrics and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders while effectively managing expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• 10 years of experience in Java application development and maintenance.

• Proven experience managing onsite delivery and collaborating with offshore development teams.

• Strong understanding of SDLC QA processes project planning and software delivery methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot Microservices Hibernate JPA Jenkins JUnit Mockito and AWS services such as EC2 and S3.

• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and technical stakeholders.

• Ability to lead technical discussions architecture reviews and cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale application modernization or digital transformation initiatives.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Experience working in cloud-native environments and distributed application architectures.

• Strong leadership mentoring and team coordination skills.
