Job Summary
Title: Senior IT Program Manager / Technical Program Manager
Location: Columbus OH
Duration: Long-Term Contract

- Lead and manage highly complex IT projects and programs from initiation through implementation.
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules budgets resource allocations and status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business technical infrastructure and vendor resources.
- Manage project scope risks issues dependencies and change control processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between project teams stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings status reviews and executive presentations.
- Drive project governance compliance and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet operational needs.
- Support technology initiatives involving application development software upgrades infrastructure modernization and cloud-based solutions.
- Provide leadership mentoring and coaching to project team members.
- Coordinate testing deployment training and transition-to-support activities.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and extensive project management experience.
- Strong hands-on experience managing enterprise-level IT projects and programs.
- Proven experience leading:
- Application Development Projects
- Software Refresh/Upgrade Initiatives
- Infrastructure Modernization Projects
- Cloud Technology Implementations and Migrations
- Experience managing project budgets resource planning and cost forecasting.
- Expertise in project lifecycle management including:
- Requirements Gathering

- Implementation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating large cross-functional teams.

- PMP Certification.
