• Lead and manage highly complex IT projects and programs from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules budgets resource allocations and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business technical infrastructure and vendor resources.
• Manage project scope risks issues dependencies and change control processes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between project teams stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings status reviews and executive presentations.
• Drive project governance compliance and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet operational needs.
• Support technology initiatives involving application development software upgrades infrastructure modernization and cloud-based solutions.
• Provide leadership mentoring and coaching to project team members.
• Coordinate testing deployment training and transition-to-support activities.

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and extensive project management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience managing enterprise-level IT projects and programs.
• Proven experience leading:

  • Software Refresh/Upgrade Initiatives
  • Infrastructure Modernization Projects
  • Cloud Technology Implementations and Migrations
• Experience managing project budgets resource planning and cost forecasting.
• Expertise in project lifecycle management including:

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating large cross-functional teams.
