Senior Integrated Content Strategist

Were seeking a talented and strategic Senior Integrated Content Strategist to join our dynamic marketing this role you will lead the day-to-day development management socialization and implementation of comprehensive content strategies that guide audiences seamlessly through the customer journeyfrom awareness to conversionwhile aligning with priority personas product innovations and key campaign objectives. 

As the bridge between high-level campaign plans and content execution youll transform inputs such as audience insights product messaging and business goals into impactful actionable strategies. You will play an active role in shaping these strategies by staying attuned to market trends audience behaviors and industry developments while partnering with cross-functional teams to turn strategies into action. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop comprehensive content strategies in collaboration with campaign managers leveraging audience insights campaign goals and business objectives to create end-to-end data-driven strategies 
• Create detailed content recommendations on formats (videos blogs social posts interactive tools) and distribution channels tailored to target personas 
• Drive innovation by proactively identifying emerging content trends channel features and new formats to keep strategies competitive and aligned with industry advancements 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with campaign managers product marketers creative directors and digital leads to ensure consistent connected content implementation 
• Partner with creative leads to champion differentiated engaging messaging and CTAs that resonate with customer needs at each funnel stage 
• Monitor campaign performance data and engagement metrics to provide actionable insights and refine strategies for continuous improvement 
• Support operational excellence by collaborating on workflows resource allocation timelines and budgets 
• Contribute to and maintain content playbooks documenting best practices and learnings 

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

• 12 years of experience in marketing content strategy/creation channel strategy campaign management or related roles within B2B SaaS or technology 
• Proven success designing and executing multi-channel persona-driven content strategies that drive measurable business results 
• Experience leveraging or thinking critically about integrating AI into work processes workflows and decision-making 
• Exceptional leadership and cross-functional influence skills 
• Strong ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment 
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making and performance analysis 
• Passion for AI innovation and experimenting with new tools and ideas

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $155400 - $272000 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
