As a Senior Innovation Hub Solution Engineer for App Innovation in the Microsoft Innovation Hub workingonsite at the Microsoft Innovation Hub in New York City youll leverage your deep subject matter expertise in AI Foundry GitHub/GitHub Copilot CI/CD Pipelines and Python (or other dev language) to translate complex business processes into design systems that provide meaningful business value for customers and you willmerge business and technical requirements to craft comprehensive solutions working seamlessly with various stakeholders. You will conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs and provide strategic recommendations and best practices tailored to their specific needs. Implementing robust AI transformation solutions and optimizing the integration of various technologies and services will be key aspects of your role. Additionally you will leverage consultancy skills to foster collaboration among technical resources and stakeholders ensuring alignment and effective teamwork. This role is 100% Microsoft onsite only.

• Delivering customer engagements: Prepare and deliver technical engagements including strategy sessions envisioning workshops architecture design sessions and rapid prototyping todemonstratekey capabilities validate against identifiedrisksandfinalizetechnology choices.
• AI TransformationLeadership:Bethe trusted voice within the business and for customers on the latest AI platform and technology trends guiding their transformation journeys. By prioritizing AI use cases through design thinking workshops you will lead these journeyseffectively. You will be a valued contributor to Microsofts strategy in your area ensuring the Hub is proactively aligned with the right customers to drive real impact.
• Strategic Vision andPlanning:Own and execute a clear strategic vision for AI transformation initiatives on a set of targeted accounts aligning with organizational goals and customer needsby collaborating and orchestratingcross-functionalteams.
• Solution Design and Architecture: Develop comprehensive solution architectures based on patterns and practices that are tied to customer requirements and ensure that solutions are scalablesecureand optimized for performance. Byutilizingconsultation skills you will uncover and prioritize opportunities ensuingsolutions areaddressing real customer needs.
• CrossPlatformCollaboration:Adopta holistic approachto integrate capabilities across the entire cloud platformidentifyingsynergies andoptimizingcross-platformintegration. You will work with your peers and stakeholders to make the Innovation Hub the home of Cross Solution AI Transformation.
• Technical Depth:Maintainandgrowexpertisein AIsolutionsthat will include services like AIFoundryor Fabric Data skills in AI management and security real-time intelligenceand application architecture to support AI transformation updated with the market trends and collaborate within technical communities.

Lead the creation of scalable field-relevant assets through internal communities. Required Qualifications

• 5 years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • ORBachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field AND 4 years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • OR Masters Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field AND 3 years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 3years experienceas a Solutions Architect (or equivalent) including deep practical and hands-on experience withsoftware architecture and development.
• Enterprise Architect Experience: Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect designing and implementing large-scale complex solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements. Ability to integrate various technologies and platforms to create cohesive and scalable architectures.
• Consultative Selling: Proven experience in a consultancy role providing expert guidance and strategic recommendations to to navigate complex technical landscapes and deliver tailored solutions that meet specific customer needs.
• Strategic & Structured Facilitator: Validated customer experience in requirements capture; prioritization; capturing evidence and impact to quantify business value; issueriskand constraint identification with a focus on strategic goals and outcomes.
• AI Solution Design Experience:Expertisein designing architectures building and deploying AI solutions. Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures networking adjacent technologies architecture designs migrations and industry ofAI related Azure services.
• Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines
• Design Thinking: Proven experience of delivering design thinking; ideation;or similar context analysis / problem framing.
• Highly proficient in GitHub CI/CD and DevOps automation.
• Python or other equivalent programminglanguage.
• Azure AI Foundry and Agentic AI development.

Solution Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106400 - $203600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137600 - $222600 per year.
