Digital Consultants seeks a Senior Information Assurance (IA) Analyst / Program Manager (PM) to support the U.S. Army Directorate of Prevention Resilience and Readiness (DPRR) Information Assurance Support Services requirement. The Senior IA Analyst/PM is designated by the Government as Key Personnel and will perform Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO) duties and serve as the Contracting Officers Representatives (COR) main point of contact responsible for performance of the work.


The Senior IA Analyst/PM will provide Information Assurance/Cybersecurity leadership supporting systems within a Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environment and will oversee cybersecurity compliance Risk Management Framework (RMF) continuous monitoring Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliance and Authority to Operate (ATO) sustainment.

Duties to include:

  • Perform Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO) duties.
  • Serve as the CORs main point of contact responsible for performance of the work.
  • Manage the overall Information Assurance/Cybersecurity program in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
  • Maintain system security posture and manage security within a Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environment.
  • Support IA/Cybersecurity requirements Windows Azure Oracle and RedHat.
  • Support data architecture and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) security requirements.
  • Implement and audit against Government Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) checklists.
  • Oversee Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and continuous monitoring.
  • Successfully maintain the systems current Authority to Operate (ATO).
  • Support obtaining a new ATO upon expiration of the current authorization.
  • Exercise authority to act for the contractor on matters relating to the daily operation of the contract.
  • Remain available during the required 8-hour duty day or ensure the designated alternate is available.



Requirements
  • Clearance: Must have at minimum a favorably adjudicated Tier 3 National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) or equivalent or higher investigation at the time of proposal submission. Must be able to obtain a DoW Common Access Card (CAC) and maintain it for the duration of the contract.
  • Certifications: Must be IA certified at the IAM Level II certification level (e.g. CISSP CISM CASP CE CAP or GSLC) upon contract award and maintain throughout the life of the contract
  • Education: Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science Cybersecurity or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of technical and compliance experience maintaining a systems security posture and managing security within a Microsoft Azure IaaS environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams.
  • Strategic and technical expertise required to manage an overall IA/Cybersecurity program in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
  • Proven IA/Cybersecurity experience managing the security posture of systems Windows Azure Oracle and RedHat.
  • Strong background in data architecture SDLC RedHat and Windows security and administration.
  • Highly familiar with implementing and auditing against Government STIG checklists.
  • Experience overseeing RMF processes and continuous monitoring.
  • Ability to maintain the current ATO and obtain a new ATO upon expiration.

Physical Requirements: The candidate must be able to travel to other worksites as required and with or without reasonable accommodation be able to sit stand use computers and monitors and perform duties in an office environment for extended periods. The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion (e.g. moving a case of paper or similar task) that may occur occasionally.


Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $120000.00 to $130000.00 depending on experience.
