Senior Human Resources Manager
Job Summary
CONMED is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Human Resources leader to partner with business leaders across the organization. This role is critical in driving talent strategies that support growth engagement organizational effectiveness and performance in a dynamic and evolving environment.
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees providing expertise in talent management employee relations leadership development organizational effectiveness and workforce planning. You will help shape culture coach leaders and ensure the organization attracts develops and retains top talent.
This position is located on-site in our Largo FL office.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives ensuring workforce plans support current and future business needs.
- Leadership Coaching: Serve as a trusted advisor providing guidance on performance management talent development organizational effectiveness and employee-related matters.
- Talent Management: Lead talent review succession planning and development initiatives that build leadership capability and promote a high-performance culture.
- Employee Relations: Partner with leaders to address employee concerns conduct investigations and ensure consistent application of policies and employment practices.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that strengthen engagement inclusion retention and the overall employee experience.
- Change Management: Support organizational changes and business transformation efforts through effective communication planning and leader enablement.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with leadership to identify talent needs organizational capabilities and development opportunities that support future growth.
- HR Analytics: Leverage workforce data and insights to identify trends mitigate risk and inform talent and organizational decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition Total Rewards Learning & Development and other HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Experience: 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience including at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leadership role.
- Education: Bachelors degree required; Masters degree and/or SHRM-SCP SHRM-CP SPHR or PHR certification preferred.

Disclosure as required by applicable law the annual salary range for this position is $135000 - $175000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location work experience education and skill level. The salary range is CONMEDs good faith belief at the time of this posting.
