Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full employee lifecycle including recruiting onboarding employee relations HR documentation and offboarding
• Lead all things benefits administration 401(k) open enrollment and serve as a point of contact for employees and external benefit partners
• Help ensure compliance with company policies procedures and HR best practices while supporting a positive employee experience
• Partner with leadership on day-to-day HR initiatives employee questions and special projects that help move the business forward
