SUMMARY

The Sr HR Business Partner position is part of an Onsite HR Team with a particular focus on the delivery of a full spectrum of human resource programs. This HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing HR leadership and guidance to the Contract Logistics/Solutions divisions in the state of Texas. This position will serve as a HRBP to the travel teams and will sit inside of one of our warehouse locations in Dallas-Fort Worth area. The Sr HRBP will oversee the administration of hiring retention termination personnel records legal compliance compensation benefits payroll orientation and training as well as additional administrative functions. This role will have a heightened focus on recruiting strategies and onboarding/new hire practices. The Sr HRBP will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of the travel teams are being met and work to appropriate his/her time accordingly in coordination with site management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Implementsinterpretsand administers personnel and labor relations programs projects tasks or initiatives that align with company goals and include employment employee relations labor relations compensation administration performance management benefits recognition training and planning of staffing requirements and workforce be visible and site visits at various timesof the year.

  1. Effectively administers existing programsin accordance withpolicies and procedures including Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action monitors and ensures administration and compliance with company policies practices and procedures that affect the organizational unit such as employee safety workerscompensationand OSHA compliance.

  1. Provides leadership and guidance to employees peers and management on workforce goals andobjectivesby sharing best clear effectivetimelyand constructive feedback on interviewing techniques effective labor relations employee communications new hire orientation and training for supervisory training supervisory skill improvement and excellence in supervision on a continuum.

  1. Recruites Hires trains evaluates and terminates assigned clear effective timely and constructive feedback to employees peers and management on interviewing techniques effective labor relations employee communications new hire orientation and training programs.

  1. Manages human resource administration to ensure the effective implementation of proceduresregardingnew hires promotions transfers leaves of absence grievanceprocess and personnel files are properlymaintained.

  1. Manages all specific unit activities including frequent contact with inter-organizational and outside agency representatives concerning operations or scheduling of specific phases of projects or in meetings with internal and external representatives concerning specific human resource projects oroperationsincluding due diligence and assimilation processes.

  1. Usesinternal-external customer feedback tomonitorthe status of projects and toidentifyproblems with work mutual understanding with customers to develop and implement process improvements that improve the qualityquantityand timeliness of assigned tasks.

OTHER DUTIES

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

Bachelorsdegree in human resources business ora relatedfield and7years experience working in Human Resource field required or equivalent combination of education and work havestrong employee relations and performance management experience minimum 5 years. Must have strong recruitment experience minimum 5 years.

Must have minimum 2 years freight forwarding/Transportation industry experience or experience in a 4PL/Contract Logistics environment.

For this position the expected base pay range is $80000.00 $95000.00 Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience skills education certifications and geographic location in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
