• Salary: $90000 - $100000 per year (up to $105000 for exceptional candidates).

• Manage a caseload of 120-150 commercial general liability claims including litigated files (50%-75%).
• Handle claims across various accounts including trucking crane & rigging homeowners associations (HOAs) condominiums and more.
• Investigate and resolve claims involving slip and fall incidents bodily injury third-party property damage dog bites premises liability product liability and other general liability exposures.
• Conduct thorough contract and coverage reviews draft reservation of rights (RoR) letters and manage tendering processes.
• Collaborate with legal teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective litigation management and resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all claims activities in the claims management system.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders ensuring timely communication and resolution of claims.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling complex general liability claims.
• Strong expertise in contract and coverage review drafting RoR letters and managing tendering processes.
• Proven experience in handling litigated claims and collaborating with legal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Stable work history with at least 4 years of tenure at previous employers.
• Experience in a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) or insurance carrier environment is highly preferred.
