Job Description

We are seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Large Language Models and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing fine-tuning evaluating and deploying modern GenAI solutions.

Location: Schaumburg IL
Employment Type: W2 Contract

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence Deep Learning and Machine Learning principles.

• Strong programming expertise in Python.

• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face LangChain and OpenAI APIs.

• Proven experience building fine-tuning evaluating and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) including both open-source and commercial models.

• Experience developing Agentic AI systems and workflow orchestration using frameworks such as:

  • LangGraph

  • CrewAI

  • OpenAI Agents

  • Similar agent-based AI frameworks

• Experience working with multi-modal data and intelligent agent-based AI tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex AI/GenAI challenges.

• Self-motivated collaborative and innovative mindset.

• Passion for developing practical solutions using AI and Generative AI technologies.
