Job Description
We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support enterpriselevel financial analysis modeling and strategic planning activities. This role partners closely with finance leadership accounting and technical teams to drive informed decisionmaking evaluate investments and support the firms longterm growth strategy. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will help develop and lead the financial planning and analysis function for a high-growth industry-leading firm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with company valuation models and related risk assessment activities.
- Collaborate with business leaders and crossfunctional teams to gather assumptions challenge inputs and ensure alignment with growth and strategic objectives.
- Provide leadership for annual budgeting forecasting and longrange planning cycles for the firm and key departments.
- Develop maintain and enhance integrated financial models including balance sheet income statement cash flow and capital expenditure and operating expense modeling.
- Analyze model and monitor return on key investments and capital purchases providing insights and recommendations.
- Build and evaluate sensitive analysis scenarios to support strategic financial and operational decisionmaking.
- Create and monitor business performance metrics including key performance indicator tracking profitability analysis and trend analysis.
- Partner with the accounting team to support monthend quarterend and yearend close processes.

You bring to the team:
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting business or a related field required.
- CPA license is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning analysis and modeling with a strong understanding of financial statements valuation concepts and forecasting methodologies.
- Ability to influence through data and clearly communicate financial insights to nonfinance stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and ERP platforms.
We are open to this role being located in Omaha NE Lincoln NE Overland Park KS or possible other locations.
