Our team works closely with others around the world including Real Estate and Development Corporate FPu0026A Finance Transformation Tax Legal and Global Business is looking for an analytical and highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join the Real Estate u0026 Development (Places) Finance team to support our fast-growing Corporate Real Estate portfolio. The Places team at Apple is responsible for managing Apples global real estate portfolio including Retail Stores (500 locations) Offices Data Centers and other properties all over the world. This role is responsible for ensuring that Apple has the physical space it needs to operate and grow while also creating a positive and sustainable work environment for its employees.

Drive the forecasting process for Retail Real Estate; develop forecasts that reflect the latest developments in the businessnOversee quarter-end close activities; review and ensure timely and accurate posting of accounting entriesnTell the story of the numbers; apply your knowledge of the business and analyze results and forecast variances to provide insightful commentary for forecast and actuals submissionsnPrepare and contribute to presentations of forecasts and key findings for senior finance leadership including monthly forecast and Quarterly Close Review slidesnParticipate in development of the annual financial plannDrive development of new tools and process automation; continuously pursue ways to streamline and scale processes by leveraging new tools and partnering with systems developers to innovate around challenges with a keen interest in building and implementing robust financial reports.

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Data Analytics Information Systems or related field.n5 years of Finance / Business experience in a fast-paced environment; forecasting and/or FPu0026A track record to conduct complex data-driven analysis. nStrong technical knowledge including advanced Excel skills. nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results of complex analysis in simple termsnStrong prioritization skills ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslynAbility to learn quickly and navigate through a large organizationnThrive in a hardworking collaborative environmentnExtraordinarily detail-oriented while able to keep sight of the big picturen

Experience building and implementing financial reports leveraging tools such as Tableau SQL and data platforms like Dataiku SnowflakenFamiliarity with AI applications in finance nExperience with enterprise software systems (e.g. SAP Adaptive Insights)
