Senior Financial Analyst

The Sr. Financial Analyst will report to the FP&A Director and work closely with other Senior Leaders across the company supporting core FP&A processes while providing strategic and analytical insights.

Key responsibilitiesinclude cost roll ups financial forecasting KPI analysis and financial reporting. This role requires collaboration across the business in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis

• Analyze financial statements budgets forecasts and variance reports to support business planning.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities.
• Monitor revenue cost structures and profitability across products services or segments.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes including scenario analysis.
• Identify trends risks and opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Support month-end close processes

Reporting & Insights

• Prepare and present detailed reports.
• Translate complex data into clear actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain performance tracking tools and metrics.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with finance and operations teams to align strategies.
• Support decision-making with data-driven insights.
• Assist in strategic planning initiatives and growth projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
• 8 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
