The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Companys Defense Satellite Systems team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst Manager (Level L) to lead the team in El Segundo California. This Senior Financial Analyst Manager will be responsible for integrating the financials on a monthly and quarterly cycles and creating customers monthly quarterly and annual Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs). This position requires the candidate to have proven leadership skills and demonstrated performance for organizational and operational efficiency. The candidate
must have the ability to communicate and present to executive leadership and help lead discussions on providing financial and potential risk opportunities or issues recommendations.

The successful candidate will:
Play an integral role in program teams and support financial reporting to the SCP Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Work independently with minimal direction demonstrating initiative and a growth mindset
Possess strong communication skills a desire to understand the business and the ability to build networks and solve problems
Position Responsibilities:
Leads a dynamic and cross functional team with excellent communication skills
Develops reviews analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines including earned value and communicates cost and/or schedule trends and assesses range of opportunities and risks
Develops performance reports and integration of variance analyses and provides clear concise understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management
Works with Program/Project leadership team to handle a program baseline and implement Earned Value Management
Completes the monthly Forecast analysis and supports Customer deliverables
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Currently have a Bachelors degree or higher
5 years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations Cost Management Accounting Estimating or Financial Planning Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
3 years of experience performing Estimates at Completion (EACs)
Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings
Experience leading projects or teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience with Earned Value Management
Experience leading projects or teams with little direct supervision and drive project to completion
Experience with Deltek COGNOS COBRA Earned Value Management software and other accounting systems containing historical cost data.
Experience with financial planning processes and tools
