Senior Financial Analyst, Global Strategy & Planning

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives business cases and investment decisions.
• Support long-term planning annual budgeting and forecasting in partnership with Corporate FP&A and business teams.
• Analyze revenue margins operating expenses and key business drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Build scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential outcomes and inform leadership decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to assess growth opportunities resource needs and financial tradeoffs.
• Prepare leadership presentations that translate complex analysis into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Track performance against strategic plans and investment assumptions highlighting where adjustments may be needed.
• Improve financial reporting planning processes and analytical tools to strengthen decision support across the organization.

Your Background

• Progressive experience in FP&A strategic finance corporate finance or a related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of forecasting budgeting financial statements and the operational drivers behind business performance.
• Hands-on experience building financial models evaluating business cases and conducting scenario analysis.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders and presenting findings to finance or operating leaders.
• Background in a global technology manufacturing or similarly complex business is a strong plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning platforms and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Analytical commercially curious and comfortable working through open-ended business questions.
• Someone who enjoys understanding the story behind the numbers challenging assumptions and helping leaders make better decisions.
