LATG is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support and lead the resolution of complex federal payroll cases. Youll work directly with Government stakeholders and internal teams to solve high-impact payroll issues ensure compliance and drive operational excellence.
What Youll Do
- Analyze and resolve complex payroll actions including back pay retirement corrections tax issues refunds and retroactive adjustments.
- Perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy compliance and proper documentation.
- Serve as a payroll SME providing guidance and mentorship to Financial Technicians.
- Investigate payroll discrepancies determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders to resolve cases and improve processes.
- Prepare reports track workloads and support payroll system testing and validation.
What You Bring

- Strong analytical reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
