Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days/week in office)
- Support monthly investment tracking by partnering with R&D and Operations teams across Americas sites and divisions to provide financial insights that inform business decisions.
- Support 80/20 analysis and tracking including preparing estimates for weekly outlooks forecasts and annual budgets while providing commentary on key variances.
- Coordinate monthly meetings and data collection for 80/20 Bowlers as well as support ad hoc reporting requests.
- Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting budgeting and planning activities.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency accuracy and reporting effectiveness.
