Position Introduction:

The Financial Aid team assists students in financing their education by reviewing files and administering federal state and institutional aid including grants loans and work-study programs. Their work helps to remove barriers to college access and completion by simplifying the aid process. We seek individuals who exhibit integrity care intentionality and innovation.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 48 months of financial aid general office clerical or related experience.

Department Preferences:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of federal financial aid.
