What Youll Be Doing

• Perform field service work safely and efficiently at customer locations

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical electrical and diesel equipment issues

• Complete preventive maintenance and repair activities

• Manage parts inventory and equipment readiness

• Identify and proactively address potential safety concerns involving company and customer-owned equipment

• Provide technical support and recommendations to customers

• Document service work findings and corrective actions

• Utilize critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment and operational challenges

• Communicate technical information clearly to customers and internal teams

• Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to obtain a CDL Class A or B with applicable endorsements

• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card

• Ability to obtain customer-required clearances such as TWIC DISA and others as needed

• Clean driving record

• Experience working directly with customers

• Experience using Microsoft Office and smart devices

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of technical field service industrial maintenance or commercial process water experience

• Industry-specific certifications or licenses

• Experience with mechanical electrical diesel or fusion equipment and systems

Travel Requirements

• Travel required

• Approximately 20% to 80% travel depending on business unit and location

• Overnight travel may be required
