As a Senior Field Service Technician youll work on pumps and equipment performing maintenance repairs and troubleshooting to keep systems running safely and efficiently.

What Youll Be Doing

• Perform field service work including maintenance repairs and troubleshooting of pumps and equipment
• Use hand tools power tools and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues and equipment failures
• Support installation setup and start-up of equipment at customer sites
• Identify equipment damage and determine corrective actions
• Work directly with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety procedures
• Support electrical troubleshooting when needed

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a Service Technician Field Service Technician or similar hands-on role
• Strong mechanical skills and experience working with tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial or mechanical equipment
• Experience working independently in the field
• Valid drivers license
• Electrical experience is a plus (motors control panels basic troubleshooting)
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
