Train and coach other team members to best manufacturing practices on multiple complex stations while adhering to GMPs
Possess intimate knowledge of order of operations process risks safety risks and quality requirements for all processes.
Monitor team pacing quality performance and provide team direction on production goals while managing team assignments. Escalate resource needs and problems in a timely manner.
Mentor others in giving feedback improving feedback systems and promoting continuous improvement
Correct and guide manufacturing best practices. Guide team members and promote collaboration to resolve challenges.
Anticipate line needs and assign production tasks as needed.
Model and reinforce Core Values and Safety Absolutes ensuring others understand and adhere to them.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Background/Expertise:
High school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Strong mathematical aptitude including the ability to calculate flow rates and measure circumference accurately.
Ability to read and interpret customized blueprints safety rules operating procedures maintenance instructions and other technical documentation.
Ability to write clear accurate reports and correspondence with proficiency in completing required documentation such as DPRs inventory management forms and data collections records.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 35 lbs.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk regularly throughout the day to perform production tasks.
Ability to perform repetitive movements while demonstrating strong handeye coordination manual dexterity and good vision.
