Were looking for:

- 510 years of estimating experience with a commercial GC

- Strong understanding of construction pricing market conditions and trade scopes

- Experience with conceptual estimating and GMP development

- Ability to lead estimate efforts independently

- Strong communication and leadership skills

-Background in one or more of the following markets preferred: Education Office Historic Preservation Adaptive Re-Use Hospitality or Municipal
