Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary analyst for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules including General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash Management and Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to gather document and refine business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Lead end-to-end solution design configuration and implementation for Oracle ERP enhancements and projects
- Analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions aligned with Oracle best practices and business objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps functional specifications and system documentation
- Support and troubleshoot production issues including root cause analysis and resolution of ERP and integration challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR Procurement Sales IT vendors) to deliver integrated enterprise solutions
- Design and support integrations between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems using APIs middleware or custom solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement sprint planning and delivery execution
- Provide leadership and guidance on system capabilities optimization opportunities and digital transformation initiatives
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders including executive sponsors and drive consensus on solution direction
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making and system enhancements
- Ensure data integrity security and compliance across financial systems and processes
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge-sharing and best practice development
- All other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Undergraduate degree in Information Systems Business Finance Accounting Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university required.
- Certification/Licensure: Preferred Oracle Cloud ERP certifications (Financials Cloud Fusion Applications) or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
- Experience: 6 years of experience in business systems analysis with a strong focus on Oracle ERP Financials (Fusion Cloud preferred)
- Proven experience supporting and configuring Oracle Financial modules (GL AP AR FA Cash Management SLA)
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes including financial close procure-to-pay and order-to-cash
- Experience with system integrations data migration and reporting tools within Oracle Cloud environments
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum Kanban Lean methodologies)
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills with ability to bridge technical and functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead enterprise-level initiatives with minimal direction
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling and protecting sensitive information.
- Technical: Proficient with common office technologies including Windows PCs Microsoft O365 (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint etc.) and web conferencing (Teams Zoom Webex etc.)
- Environment: Comfort commuting to/from and working in a 100% on-site setting (listed in this posting) with travel for related meetings/events.
