The Senior Program Manager will focus on launching commerce features and capabilities to build a world-class scalable commerce platform for our growing Services business. You will need to have hands-on experience working with engineers as you explore new technologies drive initiatives and help build systems and features for hundreds of millions of transacting customers. You will develop tools and processes to gain efficiencies in the development and testing lifecycle. With a strong background in commerce you will drive technical discussions with internal and external partners to implement the right solutions for our customers. The role requires a combination of program management strong engineering background and the ability to build reciprocal relationships across various teams within Apple Services Engineering and other Apple organizations. Be the connective tissue and build strong partnerships across Engineering Product Design QA Business and Operations to drive seamless feature deliverynPartner with Product and Business teams to ensure business objectives and requirements are documented. Facilitate reviews with Engineering and Quality teamsnLead and influence the successful delivery of complex features from concept to launch. Collaborate closely with Engineering Quality and Operations to design solutions identify work streams and develop project plans and schedulesnDrive regular syncs with cross-functional teams to ensure every feature ships with quality. Keep stakeholders at all levels informed with clear program updates proactive risk identification and thoughtful mitigation strategiesnDrive continuous innovation by championing process improvements and operational excellence working with cross-functional teams to build consensus and make recommendations to improve practicesn

BS/MS in Computer Science Engineering or similar technical fieldn7 years of Technical Program Management experience leading programs at global consumer software companiesnSelf-starter with creative problem solving and critical thinking skillsnProven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and drive alignment across stakeholdersnExceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skillsnTeam player with ability to navigate and thrive in a cross-functional environmentnAbility to deal with ambiguity and complexitynHands on experience partnering with engineering to build and ship complex technical solutionsnAbility to break up a large project into work streams and determine dependenciesn

Advanced degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent technical experiencenStrong relationship and facilitation skills within diverse engineering and cross functional organizationsnSolid track record in managing and deploying large complex programs at scalenPrior experience with subscriptions and service-based consumer products is a plusn
