As an engineering leader you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Sports Media analytics strategy and empowering a group of highly skilled engineers to innovate in this space. You will work closely with peer engineering teams data scientists and stakeholders to deeply understand their data needs and deliver innovative high-impact solutions.

BS MS or PhD in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experiencen10 years of software engineering experience including 5 years of leading engineering teamsnStrong understanding of data engineering principles and best practicesnHands-on experience in architecting and delivering large-scale data engineering applicationsnExcellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills especially in cross-functional settings

Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talentnExperience in leading teams through large open-ended projects with ambiguous requirementsnExperience in delivering AIML and GenAI engineering projects at scalenExperience in building scalable stream analytics systems with one or more of Flink Spark Kafka Iceberg StarRocksnExperience in computer vision video and audio stream processing with Open CV VLM Object Detection and Speech to Text
