As a Senior Engineer Varicent ICM you will lead changes and maintenance to the Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform use cases with guidance from the team manager. This role will work collaboratively with team members to design and implement solutions for compensation plan changes and perform defect triage root cause analysis and resolution.

• Participate in stakeholder discussions to understand requirements determine system supportability align on design approach and define implementation effort.
• Engage key stakeholders to address issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Present solutions that are consistent with architecture and application design.
• Configure Varicent calculations and other components in accordance with the application framework and best practices.
• Design and implement new solutions to complex problems in the business using the Varicent application Python SQL and/or JavaScript.
• Execute migrations to maintain a stable environment.
• Support testing efforts for new compensation configuration.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Varicent ICM with a thorough understanding of agent and employee compensation.

You have strong analytical skills are eager to work in a collaborative environment with a global team to design and implement end-to-end commissions calculation and analytics solutions triage calculation and reporting issues and communicate challenges to leadership. You work independently and you are always willing to learn new technologies. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are able to interact with various partners and multi-functional teams to design implement and resolve business issues.

Youll need to have:

• Bachelors degree or four or more years work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience required demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Experience in Finance Accounting or Finance Operations.
• Experience with Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) systems specifically Varicent ICM.
• Experience with compensation plans and contract structures.
• Experience with all phases of end-to-end Analytics project such as (but not limited to): Ingestion Munging Model Building Validation Operationalization Monitoring.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Masters degree.
• Expertise with Varicent ICM and ELT.
• Experience working in analytical projects in the telecom domain.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in Google Cloud Platform SQL ETL Python and JavaScript.
• Problem solving analytical and research skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience presenting to and influencing functional leaders and partners.
• Ability to work effectively independently and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and supporting tools like Jira ALM qTest etc.

In this hybrid role youll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
