Senior Engineer

Pay Range: $48/hr - $50/hour. Employee benefits include but are not limited to health insurance (medical dental vision) 401(k) plan and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop agentic AI systems that autonomously plan execute and adapt tasks across complex workflows.
• Build automation tooling for security or developer efficiency integrating security checks into CI/CD pipelines and pull request workflows.
• Conduct research on emerging threats vulnerabilities and technologies to stay updated on the evolving security landscape.
• Develop and maintain security automation tooling to enhance visibility and enforce security best practices.
• Automate secure design reviews and integrate security checks into development processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for agent architecture AI-assisted engineering and secure coding practices.
• Establish agent quality and security evaluation practices covering task success code quality and secure coding.
• Collaborate with enterprise systems APIs data sources and security platforms to ensure seamless integration.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 10 years in software development and CI/CD automation.
• 5 years in Cybersecurity.
• 2 years in Generative AI.
• Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Data Science Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Anthropic Claude/Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python JavaScript or Bash) and familiarity with a compiled language (Go Rust or Java).
• Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and industry best practices within Generative AI security.
• Experience with GitHub automation and API integrations.
• Knowledge of agent frameworks (e.g. Lang Graph AutoGen CrewAI) and AI lifecycle management.
• Information security professional certifications (e.g. SANS GIAC CISSP).
• Masters Degree in Cybersecurity Data Science Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Machine Learning Operation Professional Certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Adversarial Robustness techniques and AI Risk Management frameworks.
