Job Description:
Were looking for an Electrical Engineer who is passionate about semiconductor technology hands-on lab work and data-driven problem this role youll work at the intersection of device characterization automated testing and engineering analysis to help advance next-generation semiconductor products and technologies.
Youll collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to perform electrical characterization develop and improve parametric measurement methods analyze device behavior troubleshoot complex test issues and support product development and reliability initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining practical lab expertise with software and automation skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Semiconductor device characterization and electrical analysis
- Automated test development and instrument control
- Failure analysis and reliability investigations
- Data visualization reporting and engineering insights
- Cross-functional collaboration with process design manufacturing and reliability teams
Requirements/Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Electrical and Computer Engineering Physics or related technical discipline.
- 5-7 years experience
- Working with semiconductor devices wafer probing and parametric measurement equipment along with a strong understanding of semiconductor physics and electrical behavior.
- You should also be comfortable developing automation and data-analysis tools using Python and C.
Preferred experience:
includes semiconductor reliability mechanisms such as BTI HCI TDDB electromigration and leakage analysis as well as familiarity with probe stations source-measure units low-current measurements and engineering tools like Git LabVIEW or SQL.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges working closely with advanced semiconductor technologies and building tools that improve testing analysis and product performance.
