| Job Description: | UF Information Technology (UFIT) is currently seeking a professional-level Senior eLearning Support Specialist to join eLearning Support in Academic Technology a unit within UFIT. UF Information Technology (UFIT) enables teaching learning research and service on campus and across the region with state-of-the-art enterprise IT systems including SEC and SUS universities and the opportunity to teach using HiPerGator. Within the immediate team e-Learning Supportprovides assistance tofaculty staff and students with e-Learning tools on campus such as Canvas VoiceThread and Qualtrics. Assistance is provided via phone and ticket systems. Employment with UFIT provides an excellent opportunity to work with other employees dedicated and focused on understanding and interpreting the technological needs of the University of Floridas innovative and inspirational community. The Senior eLearning Support Specialist will work alongside other members of the eLearning team to support grow and mature the eLearning environment at the University of Florida. This position will work with faculty staff and students to promote the use of existing tools resolve issues or obstacles and evaluate potential new solutions. Additionally the Senior eLearning Support Specialist fulfills various roles in internal operations enhancing communication documentation and education.
