Youll step into a hands-on leadership role managing a donor portfolio cultivating significant gifts developing institutional partnerships and leading an advancement team. This is an opportunity for an experienced fundraiser who enjoys being a player-coach while working closely with executive leadership and the Board to advance the organizations mission.

You bring 10 years of progressive fundraising experience
You have successfully managed your own donor portfolio
You have a proven track record of cultivating and securing major gifts
You have experience managing and developing fundraising or advancement professionals
Youre comfortable serving as both a strategic leader and hands-on fundraiser
You hold a bachelors degree; an advanced degree is preferred
Healthcare nonprofit human services education or public-sector experience is a plus

Base salary: $150000$175000
