Job Summary
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is continuing its rapid expansion across parts of North America delivering next-generation cloud infrastructure to support enterprise and AI-driven workloads. As our cloud footprint continues to grow we are seeking an accomplished executive to lead Cloud Hardware Support (CHS) across parts of North America.
This Senior Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for a rapidly growing regional organization with responsibility spanning Build & Deployment steady-state operations hardware maintenance and break-fix support across Oracles cloud infrastructure.
The successful candidate will establish a scalable operating model that enables rapid regional expansion while maintaining operational excellence customer service and workforce effectiveness. This leader will build high-performing teams standardize operations across multiple countries and drive continuous improvement through automation AI process engineering and operational innovation.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary executive with a proven track record of leading hyperscale infrastructure organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformation. This leader will be responsible for scaling Cloud Hardware Support operations across parts of North America while ensuring the organization remains operationally efficient customer-focused and ready to support Oracles continued cloud expansion.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Provide executive leadership for Cloud Hardware Support operations across parts of North America including Build & Deployment production readiness hardware lifecycle management and break-fix operations.
- Develop and execute a scalable regional operating model capable of supporting continued hyperscale growth across multiple countries.
- Lead a large geographically dispersed organization that is expected to grow significantly as Oracle expands its cloud footprint throughout the region.
- Drive operational excellence by standardizing deployment methodologies improving service delivery and implementing best practices across all regional operations.
- Champion the use of AI automation process engineering and data-driven decision making to improve productivity increase operational efficiency and reduce the dependency between infrastructure growth and headcount expansion.
- Build and develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with Engineering Networking Software Development Product Supply Chain Data Center Engineering and other cross-functional organizations to ensure successful delivery of new cloud regions and ongoing operational excellence.
- Establish strong contractor partner and vendor relationships to support regional deployment and operational readiness.
- Ensure customer commitments and operational service levels are consistently achieved while proactively managing operational risk.
- Act as the senior Cloud Hardware Support leader across parts of North America influencing strategic priorities and representing the organization with executive stakeholders across Oracle.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Executive leadership experience within hyperscale cloud infrastructure cloud operations hardware support data center operations or infrastructure engineering.
- Proven experience leading large geographically distributed organizations across multiple countries and cultures.
- Demonstrated success scaling operations within rapidly growing cloud or technology organizations.
- Strong understanding of hyperscale data center operations infrastructure deployment hardware lifecycle management and operational support.
- Proven track record of driving operational transformation through AI automation intelligent tooling process engineering and scalable operating models.
- Experience leveraging emerging AI capabilities and operational analytics to improve workforce productivity operational performance and service quality.
- Exceptional strategic thinking organizational leadership and execution capabilities.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across engineering infrastructure product and business organizations.

Education
A Bachelors degree is preferred. An advanced degree is a plus.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $169800 to $355400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus equity and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
