This is a critical leadership role that ensures the accuracy efficiency and scalability of our financial operations as the company continues to grow.
This is a hybrid position with a standard Monday Wednesday and Thursday onsite schedule. Other onsite work may be required as business needs dictate.
LeadHighVolumeAccounting Operations
Overseeoperations acrossAccounts Receivable supporting tens of thousands of active terms accounts with high transactional throughput.
Oversee Accounts Payableoperations ensuringtimelyaccurate and compliant vendor payments.
OverseeGeneral Ledgeractivitiesthatincludejournal entry governance reconciliations and close processes.
OverseeTax Operations including indirect tax complianceand audit readiness.
Drive Operational Excellence
Build and scale processes that supporthighvolumehighcomplexityenvironments.
Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure accuracy timeliness and efficiency across all accounting functions.
Develop and maintain effective operational controls across accounting functions while partnering with Finance leadership to support compliance with GAAP tax regulations and company policies.
Ensure accounting processes systems and controls are scalable and positioned to support future organizational growth including the potential establishment of a Controller function.
Own and Optimize Oracle Fusion
Serve as the business owner for theOracle Fusion ERPplatform across AR AP GL and tax modules.
Partner with IT to drive system enhancements integrations and workflow improvements.
LeadERPrelatedprojects upgrades and automation initiatives.
Champion Automation & Continuous Improvement
Identifyopportunities to streamline processes using automationAIRPA workflow tools and analytics.
Leadcrossfunctionaltransformation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
Implementbestinclassoperational practices and scalable process frameworks.
Lead & DevelopHighPerformingTeams
Manage and mentor leaders across AR AP GL and tax operations.
Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with FP&A Treasury Procurement and business units to support enterprise priorities.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA preferred.
12 years of progressive accounting experience including leadership of large operational teams.
Strong background in AR AP GL and tax operations withinhighvolumeenvironments.
Handsonexperience withOracle Fusionor similar enterprise ERP systemspreferred
Proventrack recorddriving automation process improvement and operational transformation.
Deep understanding of GAAP internal controls and compliance frameworks.
Exceptional leadership communication andcrossfunctionalpartnership skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in a shared services or centralized accounting operations model.
Exposure to controllership responsibilities or a desire to grow into a future Controller role.
Experience supporting large customer portfolios or complex billing environments.

The base pay range for this position is:
$160000to
$220000Many factors influence the determination of base pay within a range including the candidates work experience in related roles; the candidates knowledge skills capabilities and performance; the relative pay of other DigiKey employees in similar roles; and the budget available for the position.
