Responsibilities:
- Help develop and implement the organizations DevOps strategy aligning it with business and technology goals.
- Design implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless code integration testing and deployment processes.
- Drive the adoption of modern infrastructure solutions including containerization orchestration and serverless computing.
- Establish and enforce best practices for infrastructure as code (IaC) configuration management and monitoring.
- Collaborate with development operations security and QA teams to deliver reliable and scalable systems.
- Ensure system uptime and performance through proactive monitoring incident management and root-cause analysis.
- Maintain compliance with security governance and industry standards throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives including performance tuning and process automation.
- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge tools and technologies to enhance DevOps capabilities.
Qualifications:
Technical Qualifications
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools and platforms such as Jenkins GitLab or GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) as well as networking and related services.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform CloudFormation or Ansible.
- Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack or Datadog.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture serverless computing and distributed systems.
- Experience with security best practices including DevSecOps and compliance requirements.
