Location: Boston MA - 4 days in-office each week
Duration: 6 Months Contract to hire

Rate: $55-$60/hr on W2
Visa: USC GC GC-EAD TN H4 EAD

candidates who have hands on experience building and deploying AI/ML models in AWS with strong Python expertise along with the general data management skills we were targeting before.
below are some of the key requirements:
P&C insurance experience preferred
Experience with AI governance
Chief data office experience
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML models
Ability to prepare and deliver data for data science/modeling teams
AWS experience required
Strong Python skills (more important than SQL)
Excellent attention to detail
Candidates should be able to speak to AI/ML as a core focus area not just a small part of their background
As part of their AI/ data modernization efforts theyre building out a centralized Data Office and this will be the first hire on the Data Management team.
Theyre looking for a Senior Data Management Consultant to lead data governance initiatives including catalog management metadata standards data lineage and data quality while partnering with business analytics and AI/ML teams.
Must Haves:
SQL/Python
Data governance/implementing governance frameworks
Data catalog administration/ data lineage
Nice to have:
Insurance experience
AI/ML governance
Snowflake/ AWS
