What Youll Do:

The Data Center Security organization at CoreWeave is responsible for protecting our global data center environments through scalable physical security programs operational rigor and strong cross-functional partnership. This team works closely with Finance Procurement Legal and infrastructure stakeholders to ensure security operations are effective sustainable and aligned to the pace of CoreWeaves growth. About the role:

As the Sr. Data Center Security Business Operations Program Manager you will own the financial contractual and procurement backbone of CoreWeaves data center physical security program. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Data Center Risk and Assurance this role manages OPEX and CAPEX budgets standardizes vendor contracting and procurement and builds the rhythm of business standards templates training and reporting that allow the security organization to scale the budget predictably and cost-effectively. Partnering closely with Finance Procurement Legal/Contracting and the DC Security organizational teams this Sr. Program Manager translates security requirements into sound financial planning and disciplined vendor management.

In this role you will:

  • Own and manage the data center security program budget across OPEX and CAPEX partnering with Finance to build forecasts track actuals and continuously reduce variance to forecast.
  • Establish and lead the security organizations Rhythm of Business (RoB) including recurring budget and spend reviews standards templates and training that create financial discipline consistency and transparency.
  • Standardize and lead security vendor contracting including Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) contract templates ensuring consistent terms embedded security requirements and sound commercial protections in partnership with Legal.
  • Establish and enforce procurement standards and guide the processing of purchase orders (POs) partnering with Procurement to streamline intake approvals and timely delivery of security goods and services.
  • Report spend metrics and build dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into budget health cost drivers savings opportunities and vendor performance.
  • Lead or support security vendor RFPs end to end scoping stakeholder evaluations and award driving competitive sourcing and best value across the security supply chain.
  • Partner with security stakeholders to manage vendor and contractor performance against SLAs and KPIs; own the contract lifecycle renewals and escalation processes across the security vendor portfolio.
  • Provide OKR reporting and other business-related reporting for the DC Security organization.
  • Build strong relationships with Finance Procurement Legal and DC Security teams fostering accountability and disciplined financial and contractual management throughout the data center lifecycle.
  • Develop and continually improve optimize and scale the security business operations program as CoreWeaves data center portfolio grows.
Who You Are:
  • 5 years of experience in program management business operations finance procurement or contracts management ideally within data center critical infrastructure or physical security environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets building forecasts and performing variance analysis at scale.
  • Strong understanding of vendor contracting and procurement processes including MSAs SOWs POs and competitive RFPs.
  • Proven ability to build standards templates rhythms of business and reporting that scale across a growing cross-functional organization.
  • Ability to translate security and operational needs into clear financial plans contractual requirements and governance structures.
  • Excellent communication influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with financial procurement and program management tools (e.g. Excel Smartsheet and ERP/procurement systems such as NetSuite Coupa or SAP Ariba).
Preferred:
  • Relevant certifications or on-the-job experience preferred (e.g. PMP CPSM CPM or equivalent finance/procurement credentials).

The base salary range for this role is $143000 to $210000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge skills experience and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
