Job Summary
This Department of War enterprise data and analytics program delivers mission-critical capabilities that enable leaders across the Department to make faster better-informed decisions using trusted data at scale. Leidos Digital Modernization sector is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support the delivery enhancement and adoption of enterprise data and analytics products used across multiple DoD organizations.
In this role you will work alongside government partners engineers and other industry teammates to translate operational and strategic requirements into scalable production-ready solutions. You will contribute directly to product planning execution and continuous improvementhelping ensure capabilities are delivered efficiently aligned to mission priorities and positioned for sustained success.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a high-visibility enterprise program at the intersection of data analytics and emerging AI technologies. Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends patterns and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations to communicate analytical findings.
- Perform data exploration cleansing transformation and validation to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Apply statistical and analytical techniques to support mission and business decision-making.
- Collaborate with data engineers data scientists and business stakeholders to define and refine data requirements.
- Support development and delivery of enterprise data products and analytics solutions.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and generate reports in response to stakeholder needs.
- Support integration of analytics into DevSecOps pipelines and operational workflows .
- Validate data outputs and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Document data sources methodologies and analytical processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve data analysis processes tools and reporting capabilities.
- Participate in SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning backlog refinement sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Engineering or related technical discipline and 812 years of relevant experience OR Masters degree in a related field and 610 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analysis data visualization or a related field.
- Experience performing data analysis in enterprise or mission environments.
- Experience with programming or query languages such as SQL Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI or similar).
- Experience working with large datasets and data processing workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience operating within SAFe or Agile frameworks supporting enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Experience supporting DoD or Federal data analytics programs.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
- Experience supporting analytics for AI/ML or data engineering workflows.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g. Spark Hadoop or similar).
- Relevant certifications in data analytics visualization or related fields.
- Experience with customer success operations and service portfolio management.
- Experience with service catalog management and service level agreements.
- Experience with knowledge management systems and AI capabilities for knowledge generation.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $92300.00 - $166850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
