Location:

Towson Maryland. This is an on-site opportunity offering close collaboration with our team and direct interaction with the business owners and clients we serve.

Note:

An active CPA license 10 years of public accounting or CPA firm experience 5 years of financial statement compilation and review experience and 5 years of business tax preparation and/or review experience are required.

Job Description

• Prepare and review financial statement compilations and reviews for business clients.
• Prepare and review business tax returns and related filings while identifying tax planning opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to closely held businesses and their owners on accounting tax and financial matters.
• Analyze financial information and recommend practical strategies to improve profitability and operating efficiency.
• Help clients develop reliable financial reporting processes that accurately reflect business activity.
• Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining accuracy responsiveness and high-quality service.
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication sound judgment and confidential personal attention.
• Collaborate with firm leadership and colleagues to deliver timely technically strong client solutions.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 10 years of public accounting or CPA firm experience required.
• 5 years of financial statement compilation and review experience required.
• 5 years of business tax preparation and/or review experience required.
• Strong accounting taxation and financial reporting knowledge.
• Strong client relationship communication analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus.
