Job Summary
Energy Fuels Inc. is a Denver-based global critical mineral company poised to supply 10 of the 50 minerals essential for current and emerging technologies. Building on more than 45 years of uranium experience we leverage specialized expertise and facilities to bring key elements to the global supply chain. Energy Fuels is the largest U.S. uranium provider supplying nuclear energy utilities with material for the zero-emissions nuclear fuel cycle and operating White Mesa Mill the nations only conventional uranium mill. We also produce rare earth oxides for permanent magnets used in electric mobility wind energy drones robotics and defense applications. Position Summary
The Senior Corporate FP&A Analyst plays a critical role in financial planning budgeting forecasting and business performance analysis. This position partners with business leaders across the global enterprise to provide actionable financial insights support strategic decision-making and drive operational and financial performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting quarterly forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Manage enterprise financial planning system and maintain monthly activities.
- Prepare monthly management and operations reporting packages.
- Improve financial planning processes and reporting automation.
- Analyze financial and operational results identifying trends risks and opportunities.
- Partner with department leaders to evaluate spending headcount and capital allocation.
- Monitor cost trends and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Develop operational KPIs and management dashboards.
- Support capital project reporting and cost tracking.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Assist with scenario modeling sensitivity analysis and business case evaluations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
- 7-10 years of FP&A corporate finance operational accounting cost accounting or financial analysis experience.
- Experience with ERP systems and planning tools.
- Workday Adaptive Planning experience.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong analytical communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA CFA or CPA.
- Mining energy rare earth elements metals making magnet making manufacturing industrial or field operations experience preferred.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities

- Knowledge of ERP systems financial software and business intelligence applications.
- Proficient or Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas pivot tables Power Query and financial models.

- Ability to manage and coordinate with team members across departments and around the global business.
Physical and Sensory Demands
- Primarily office-based work involves prolonged periods of sitting computer use and telephone communication.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
- Requires visual acuity sufficiently to analyze data review detailed reports and prepare presentations.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person virtually and in group presentation settings.

Compensation Transparency
Salary Range: $annually.
The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offered to the successful candidate will be based on experience qualifications and/or education. The salary offer will not be based on a candidates salary history by law Energy Fuels will not ask for information about salary history nor should candidates share that information with the company.
This role may be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program and long-term incentive program pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the companys performance and their own individual performance.

This position is based out of Energy Fuels Lakewood location and is expected to be in the office most of the week. We offer a 9/80 schedule along with a remote work Tuesday for most of our exempt positions. The successful candidate will work out the details of their schedule with their manager.
